Our products are intended for licensed researchers, laboratory professionals, and qualified investigators. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction, and that the compounds will be used exclusively for legitimate scientific research. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Solis Labs LLC is a U.S.-based company. We ship domestically within the United States. All orders are fulfilled from our domestic fulfillment operations and typically ship within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.

Every batch we carry is tested by accredited, independent third-party laboratories before it is offered for sale. We do not rely on manufacturer-supplied documentation. Our analytical methods include HPLC for purity quantification and mass spectrometry for identity confirmation. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued per lot and provided with every order.

Our standard across the catalog is 99% or greater purity as verified by HPLC. Individual COAs are available for each lot and reflect the actual tested purity of that specific batch — not a specification target. We do not list a product for sale if it fails to meet our threshold.

Even at ≥99% purity, minor differences in appearance — color, texture, or density — between lots are normal and do not indicate a quality issue. These variations are caused by differences in the polymorphic crystal structure of the compound, which can be influenced by synthesis conditions such as temperature gradients and solvent ratios. The underlying chemical identity and purity are unaffected. Our COA for each lot confirms this.

Lyophilized (powder) peptides stored in a cool, dry environment away from light, heat, and moisture have an expected useful shelf life of 24–36 months from the date of manufacture. Shelf life can be significantly extended by storing at -20°C or lower, where minimal degradation occurs over several years. Reconstituted peptide solutions should be used promptly and stored at 2–8°C for short-term use only. The manufacturing date is reflected in each product's lot number on the label.

Store lyophilized peptides in a sealed container in a cool, dry location away from direct light, heat, and moisture. For long-term storage, we recommend -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles once reconstituted. Specific storage guidance is printed on each product label and available on the accompanying COA.

Yes. Our product verification portal is currently in development and will allow any customer to confirm the authenticity and tested purity of a Solis Labs compound by entering its lot number. In the meantime, your COA is included with your shipment and can also be requested via our contact page.

At launch, Solis Labs accepts cryptocurrency payments exclusively. We support major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDC. Crypto payments offer enhanced transaction privacy and are well-suited to the research chemical purchasing environment. A full list of accepted currencies will be displayed at checkout.

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for fulfillment. After this window, we cannot guarantee the ability to make changes. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at our contact page with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Domestic transit time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping (USPS First Class) typically delivers within 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

All peptide compounds are shipped in appropriate cold-chain packaging to maintain compound integrity in transit. Products are sealed, labeled with lot numbers, and accompanied by their Certificate of Analysis. Outer packaging is discreet and does not reference the contents beyond standard carrier requirements.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for research chemical purchases due to the nature of the products. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us immediately with supporting documentation (photographs of the damage or packaging). The legal status of research peptides varies by jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to understand and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing the acquisition, possession, and use of research chemicals. Solis Labs LLC assumes no liability for any use of its products that violates applicable law. We do not ship to jurisdictions where we have reason to believe a product is restricted or prohibited.

"Research Use Only" (RUO) is a designation indicating that a product is intended solely for in vitro laboratory research and is not approved, evaluated, or intended for use in humans or animals. RUO compounds have not undergone the clinical trials required for FDA approval as drugs or medical devices. Purchasing an RUO compound constitutes acknowledgment that it will not be used for any diagnostic, therapeutic, or human consumption purpose.

Solis Labs LLC complies with all applicable reporting and disclosure requirements under U.S. law. We will disclose customer information when required to do so by valid legal process, including court orders, subpoenas, or law enforcement requests.
