- Solis Labs LLC does not provide instructions for use beyond their designated research purpose.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your acquisition, possession, and use of any product complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
By completing a purchase, you certify that you are a qualified researcher or laboratory professional, that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you will use the product exclusively for lawful scientific research purposes.
3. Eligibility & Order Acceptance
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction to place an order. Solis Labs LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspicion of non-research end use.
- Request documentation verifying your identity, institutional affiliation, or research purpose before processing an order.
- Decline to ship to any geographic area where the sale or possession of a product may be restricted or prohibited.
- Limit quantities available for purchase by any individual or entity.
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Orders are accepted and a binding contract formed only upon shipment of the product.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Solis Labs LLC accepts cryptocurrency payments only. Payment must be received and confirmed on-chain before an order is processed. We are not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion or incorrect payment amounts.
In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund of any payment received.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Solis Labs LLC ships within the United States only. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier after handoff. 6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for research chemical purchases. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation. Verified claims will be resolved at our discretion, typically through replacement of the affected item.
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if fulfillment has not yet begun. Contact us immediately at our contact page with your order number to request a cancellation.
7. Assumption of Risk & Indemnification
You assume all risks associated with the purchase, receipt, handling, storage, and use of any product purchased from Solis Labs LLC. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solis Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from or related to:
