1. Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. All orders require payment confirmation before processing begins. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, processing is initiated once your payment is confirmed on-chain, which typically occurs within 10–60 minutes depending on network conditions.
Once payment is confirmed, orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Solis Labs LLC currently ships within the United States only. Available shipping methods and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Solis Labs LLC is not responsible for carrier delays.
- USPS First Class Mail: 3–7 business days (standard)
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days
Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location and order contents. All peptide products are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging to protect compound integrity during transit.
3. Packaging
All compounds are packaged in sealed, labeled vials or containers with lot numbers and storage instructions. A Certificate of Analysis is included with every shipment. Outer packaging is discreet and does not prominently indicate the nature of the contents beyond standard carrier labeling requirements.
Cold-chain insulation is used as appropriate for the compounds in your order to maintain product stability during transit.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Solis Labs LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you identify an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately — address corrections cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing.
5. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier at our fulfillment location. Solis Labs LLC is not liable for packages lost or damaged after carrier pickup.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking information indicates that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any secure delivery locations at your address. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 5 business days of the reported delivery date.
For packages marked as undelivered or returned to sender, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Resending returned packages may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Solis Labs LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following documentation:
- Photographs of the outer packaging showing visible damage;
- Photographs of the damaged product(s);
- Your order number and a brief description of the damage.
Upon verification of your claim, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost. We reserve the right to request the return of damaged goods before issuing a replacement.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final. Due to the nature of research chemical products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances other than those described below.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or demonstrably defective upon receipt, please follow the process described in Section 7. Verified claims will be resolved with a replacement shipment. We do not issue monetary refunds for damaged items except at our sole discretion.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect product, contact us immediately with your order number and photographs of what you received. We will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item and dispatch the correct product upon verification.
Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order, provided it has not yet entered processing. After this window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Crypto payments that cannot be cancelled prior to order processing are non-refundable.
9. Regulatory Compliance & Restricted Jurisdictions
Solis Labs LLC ships research chemicals in compliance with all applicable U.S. federal and state regulations. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that the product they are ordering is legal to receive, possess, and use in their state or locality. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address where we have reason to believe applicable law prohibits the delivery of a product.
